Robloxian Vs Steve (Powerscaling + Data Analysis and Comparison of Roblox and Minecraft)

I am not good at calculations, so some things may be weird due to not being able to access useful websites (school blocks everything I need for this stuff for some reason). Anything I search up to find answers for brings up the game metrics and not anything I could apply to the real world, so I did the best I could, so I apologize for any inaccuracies.

Alright, so one day during lunch last week, I got to thinking: Who would win in a fight between Steve and a Robloxian? So I am gonna gather data and compare the tools, stats, and abilities between a Robloxian and Steve. For the sake of this, there are two things I will say:

  • Games like Skill-Based Boss Fighting will not be used for the fight, unless a Roblox admin makes the game or it is an official event game.
  • Respawning will not be considered. Steve and Robloxian can respawn infinitely, so it’d just be a fight until they get bored.

Alright, now that this is settled, let’s talk about these two.

Robloxian

OVERVIEW’
Robloxians first shown up on Janurary 12, 2006 when the first playable avatars were added to roblox, called “noobs.” They are either blocky or human-like humanoid figures. They can wear virtually anything. (For the sake of this battle, we will not take UGC avatars or altered proportions into account.) The Robloxians can transport themselves through a “metaverse,” which takes them to different worlds.

Info (Normal Avatars, i.e, a Bacon Hair) Data
Height 4’7 (1.21m)
Weight 110lbs (50kg)

LORE
The Roblox world started with a single 2x2 plate known as the Alpha Brick, which then got duplicated and resized, recolored, retextured, and eventually became the world we know today. Then, a being called Two-By-Two, who is the Alpha Brick, had shown up to further shape the world. Eventually, a malevolent 4th-dimensional being called 1x1x1x1[1] had shown up to destroy Robloxia, for he loathed and hated its 3D-ness. But he was imprisoned by Two-By-Two at “the dawn of time.” Two-By-Two then started creating more Robloxians, which formed factions .[2] Once the Robloxians started showing up, Two-By-Two vanished to leave the inhabitants of Robloxia to themselves. Eventually, they made the metaverse. A system of worlds separate from each other, powered by a single object: the imagination core. The robloxians evolved to have different body shapes, different
skin tones, and other things of the such. Robloxia, led by builderman, had hosted multiple events utilizing the metaverse where they live. Eventually, 1x1x1x1 broke free from his prison and crashed Robloxia’s “The Classic” event, only to be defeated and sent to the Banlands, later to be defeated again in The Games, still trapped in the Banlands. The next time 1x1x1x1 returns is unknown, but the people of Robloxia are ready for him to come back, so they can send him away again.

ARSENAL
Robloxians have a variety of tools at their disposal, including:

Gears Effect Feats
Speed Coil Increases run speed Increases a Robloxian’s top running speed to 56 MPH
Gravity Coil Increases jump height Doubles a Robloxian’s jump height from 6 feet to 12 feet
Dual Coil Reduces the user’s gravity by 75% Directly affects the gravitational pull on Robloxians
Regen Coil Heals the player every second Can heal a player from lightning strikes strong enough to destroy buildings and launch players backwards
Rocket Launcher Shoots a missile that blows up on contact Fires missiles that are capable of harming 1x1x1x1, a 4th-Dimensional being.
Subspace Tripmine Blows up in a 30-foot range with a 25-foot trigger radius Rips a gaping hole in the fabric of reality - subsequent spacetime reification results in a large explosion.
Body Swap Potion Swaps the soul and mind of two players from their current location. Manipulates the soul and mind of two individuals
Claymore Sword A basic sword No feats, just a basic weapon.
The Darkheart Sword Steals the life of enemies, healing the user by 40% Steals life force from others and transfers it to the holder.
The Illumina Reveals invisible opponents, provides a speed and jump boost. No obvious feats, but it is comparable to other swords.
The Venom Shank Poisons enemies Comparable to other swords
Other SFOTH Swords Knocks nearby players back (Windforce), Grants Invisibility (Ghostwalker), Instant Kill (Ice Dagger, Firebrand) Comparable to other swords
Trowel Spawns a wall that can block projectile attacks Blocks rockets and bombs, does not shield the explosion though
Lots more (LOTS-LOTS more) Too much to explain here I’m sure something Is impressive about the rest

There are too many gears to consider, so I will only use the ones listed here.

FEATS

Stat Feat
Strength - Robloxians always use gears as opposed to physical fighting with their hands, unknown.
Lifting Strength - Can carry dozens of large objects and weapons that are double their sizeBut no solid feat.
Durability - Capable of surviving with a missing limb, as long as the torso and head are unseparated, they will survive. They can also survive attacks from 1x1x1x1 in the classic event.
Speed - A default Roblox character walks at approximately 10 miles per hour (mph). This is based on a default walk speed of 16 studs per second, which translates to 4.48 meters per second or 16 kilometers per hour. Can run at 16 mph, which is doubled with the speed coil.
Reaction Speed - Fast enough to avoid meteors in the 1x1x1x1 boss fight
Intelligence - Depends. Smart enough to traverse the Roblox metaverse easily and safely, can quickly learn how the world there functions on a basic level.
Battle Intelligence - Understands how to use swords, rocket launchers, trowels, and other gear in games like Sword Fights on The Heights and Doomspire Brickbattle.

Summary

Robloxians debuted on January 12, 2006. Originating from the Alpha Brick, they evolved in a world shaped by the being Two-By-Two. The villain 1x1x1x1 tried to destroy Robloxia but was imprisoned. Robloxians use various gear and weapons, showcasing strengths in speed, durability, and intelligence.

Steve

OVERVIEW

Steve is one of the mascots of Minecraft, mainly the most iconic, along with Alex. He was created on May 31st, 2009, with the release of version V0.0.15a. He has black hair, blue eyes, a beard, and wears a cyan shirt with dark blue pants and black shoes. Steve is a blocky humanoid with rectangular proportions. He travels the (not actually) infinite lands of The Overworld, Nether, and The End.

Info Data
Height - 6’2 (1.87m)
Weight 732lbs (342kg)

LORE
In the game, Steve does not have a “backstory”. But in the movie, he is a human who came from Earth to the Overworld through a portal found in a mineshaft. He quickly adjusted to the world and became a skilled miner and crafter, figuring out how the new world works and how he can survive, facing off against the mobs of the place he is in.[4] During his time in the Overworld, he figured out how to use things like flint and steel, crafting tables, and ender pearls. Throughout his travels, he went to places like The Nether and The End and defeated the dragon that presides over that realm, returning to his home of the Overworld and continuing to explore the vast world he has called his home.

The Fight

The moon shines over a lake in a blocky world as a wooden cabin comes into view, with lanterns and torches illuminating the perimeter as a glowing tilted block with a hole in the middle forms, floating above the ground and lighting up the surrounding area with a white light.

Inside, a tall blocky man is working at a crafting table, creating a new diamond sword as his previous one broke. Until a strange explosion sound comes from outside, and Steve turns around to look outside through the window, and goes to the armor stand next to the door, putting on his diamond armor before going outside, where he sees a strange figure with a strange, non-pixel sword. The figure swings the sword downward while fighting a zombie before holding their arm outward and holding the sword straight at the zombie, killing it in a matter of seconds. Steve crouches and slowly approaches the figure as it slowly turns to face him, a blank smile plastered on its face.

SCREEN GLITCH[7]

Steve stares down the Robloxian, diamond sword in hand, as the bacon hair stares back at them, ready to attack with their claymore. After a solid minute, Steve rushes in for the first hit, only to be blocked by the Robloxian’s claymore, and he gets sent back when the Robloxian swings with their sword. Steve backs away, before taking out a glowing bow, firing an arrow at The Robloxian, a flame coating the flint arrowhead. The Robloxian tries to dodge, but gets hit by another arrow, and is set on fire, slowly taking damage from the flames engulfing them.

Steve aims to fire another arrow, but a blue rectangle goes flying at him. In a moment of panic, Steve fires the arrow at the missile, only to have it blow up in his face and send him flying back into his base, as his arrow narrowly misses his head. Steve gets up as another rocket is fired at him, blowing a huge hole in his base, destroying his chests, and scattering all of his things. Diamonds, emeralds, rotten flesh, leads, cobblestone, feathers, everything on the ground.

In a brief panic, Steve puts his bow away and quickly puts his stuff back in the chests, before the Robloxian dashes toward Steve with their sword in hand, and a red spring around their arm. Once the Robloxian closes the distance, he slashes at Steve, cutting at the Minecraftian’s chest, scraping the glowing armor, only to stumble backwards from some unknown damage. Steve takes his axe out and brings it down on the Robloxian’s arm, taking it clean off. But to his surprise, the Robloxian doesn’t bat an eye. They put away the spring and take out a green spring, wrap it around their arm, and grab their severed arm, putting it back where it was
before being lopped off.

Steve attempts to attack, but gets dodged and kicked away. After a second, the Robloxian’s arm is fully attached once again, and this time, they take out a different sword. One that looks meaner and more dangerous. The new sword has a red handguard and pommel, with a deep crimson handle and blade. The Firebrand. Steve steps back a bit when the Robloxian runs at him, and swings his sword, aiming for his face opposed of his chest. Steve equips his shield and blocks the sword, before swinging at Robloxian, getting sidestepped by them and swung at again.

The battle goes on for a while until Steve takes out a red and white block, running away and placing it down before lighting it and digging a hole in the ground, covering it with a grass block. The Robloxian follows Steve a second too late and sees the flashing block, and having experience with objects that flash a different color, they take out a bottle with a yellow substance inside it, take a drink of it, and prepare for the worst right as the block blows up.

Steve emerges from the ground and looks at the massive crater left in the TNT’s wake, and sees nothing left aside from floating blocks. With his diamond sword in hand, Steve starts walking away until he hears a beeping sound at his feet. He looks down and sees a cubical object with a strange star shape in the middle, a Subspace Stripmine.

Steve attempts to block the explosion with his shield, only for a loud screech to sound as the nearby area is blown up and Steve’s gear shatters. His shield, his armor, his sword, everything, broken. He looks up and sees The Robloxian, their skin grey and rigid. They have Slateskin active. Steve gets up, runs to them, and punches the Robloxian, cracking their body and knocking them back. Steve, seeing this point of weakness, punches again and again and again, but then the Robloxian takes out another potion, this one red and blue with 2 arrows in the middle, which was the Bodyswap Potion. The Robloxian takes a quick sip before Steve can land a punch again.

Steve, not caring about the potion, sends another punch, but before he knows it, there’s a stinging pain in his entire body, and he feels another rush of pain go through him as he stares at… himself..? Steve’s body punches him again, and again, and again, then the slateskin effect ends, and Steve feels his body burn up, despite not being on fire. The Robloxian takes a swig of the potion again, and Steve finds himself back in his body, still disoriented from the sudden perspective shift.

The Robloxian kicks Steve away and takes out another bottle, this one containing a red substance. They drink, and all pain is gone. Steve is still feeling the pain from the body swap, but seeing the Robloxian heal, takes out a purplish bottle, and takes a drink. He feels all the phantom pain go away as his health returns to him, as rain begins to fall. He takes out a glowing trident and soars away through the sky.

The Robloxian chases after him with the gravity and speed coils, making sure not to lose track of him. Steve reaches a purple portal, and seeing the Robloxian fall through the air, with a red coil around their arm as they rush towards Steve’s location, he takes out a black and purple block, placing them down in front of the portal before he gets teleported to…

THE NETHER.

Steve quickly puts on a gold helmet and begins to craft a new sword for himself in his nether base, which was set up around the portal. Once he makes a new sword, he rushes down to the outside of the base, taking a moment to rest on the blue grass of the warped forest biome, but then he hears an explosion atop his base, as blocks go flying out into the lava. He looks up and sees Piglins getting knocked down from the building, and he uses an enderpearl to get back up to the top of the base, where he sees a horde of piglins surround someone, only for a black sword to circle through them all, decapitating every single one that was too close.

The Robloxian stands there, holding a pitch black sword, The Darkheart. The Robloxian runs at Steve, who, even without his armor, rushes into battle with his new sword. They swing, slash, and counter each other, pushing the fight elsewhere, sometimes to an edge and sometimes to a river of lava flowing from the roof. Eventually, Robloxian slips on a corner and drops into a crater with a hole leading right to the lava ocean below. They try to catch their darkheart sword, but cannot, and it drops into the lava. However, not giving up, they take out a big, bright green sword. The Venom Shank.

Robloxian drops a bomb, and jumps into the air right before it explodes, sending them flying into the air, only to get sent away by a firework. Steve loads another firework into his crossbow and shoots it at the Robloxian, but the Robloxian takes their rocket launcher out again and shoots a rocket, causing an explosion between the two. Steve manages to reload, and shoots another firework the the Robloxian, and hears the explosion of it hitting something. When the smoke between them clears, Steve sees a wall where the Robloxian stood.

He enderpearls over to it, and raises his diamond sword, ready to stab down, but he gets hit by a rocket from behind, sending him through the wall and off the ledge, luckily landing on a patch of soul sand, his crossbow goes flying past him sliding across the sand, reaching the lava and lighting on fire before being reduced to smoke. He feels the souls inside drag him down, and the Robloxian lands down, also getting dragged into the sand, Venom Shank in hand.

Steve and the Robloxian begin to battle, clashing swords and slicing at each other. Steve and the Robloxian drain each other’s health, but then Steve manages to disarm the Robloxian and kicks them to the ledge. The Vendom shank slides into the lava, and Steve pins the Robloxian to the ground, lifting his sword into the air, and thrusting it down at the Robloxian, getting parried by a reflective sword, The Illumina. After another minute of clashing, the Robloxian gets behind Steve a ways away, and swaps the Illumina for another sword, a small but blue sword. The Ice Dagger.

Steve turns around and looks at the small sword. If he could talk, he’d laugh at them. Steve rushes at the Robloxian and thrusts his diamond sword at them as the Robloxian lunges at Steve. The two freeze for a second…

Then the Robloxian backs away, as Steve stands there, frozen in place.

Screenshot 2025-05-06 10.12.00 AM

The Robloxian takes the dual coil out and turns back to Steve for the last time, before jumping away back onto the land they dropped down from. Steve’s frozen body stands there in the nether, slowly melting and evaporating from the heat of The Nether.

K.O!

Results

That fight got down to the neck there tbh, I had a few ideas how to end it, but most put the winner in life hanging situations. Overall, this fight was tough to figure out in some aspects. Steve had a major advantage in some categories, but Robloxian had options that made up for the imbalance, while in some, they were more or less even. Let’s go over it all:

Robloxian Stat Steve
No feats to use Strength > Can carry 2,646,898 lbs of gold and can kill an iron golem with his bare hands
No defined lifting feat, but can carry dozens of items. Lifting Strength > Can hold a water bucket containing 537 million tons of water
Can survive without limbs, takes no fall damage, can survive (indirect) lightning strikes that have at least one billion joules < Durability can resist creeper explosions of 64000 joules of force, or 8,000 newtons of force.
Walks at 10 miles per hour, runs at 16 mph, doubled with s.coil < Speed run at speeds of 5.612 meters per second/12.5 mph, walks at 4.317 meters per second, or 15.5 kilometers per hour/3 mph
Avoids meteors in a 1x1x1x1 boss fight, average meteor speed is 11 to 72 kilometers per second (25,000 to 160,000 mph) < Reaction Speed Reacts to fireballs going 1329.55 mph
Smart enough to traverse the Roblox metaverse, quickly learns how the world there functions on a basic level < Intelligence > Can learn how to make numerous things just from holding an object like a wood block or diving into water.
Can manage multiple gears and weapons, using them effectively < Battle Intelligence > Capable of using multiple different weapons and tools effectively and using the surroundings to his advantage.
Multiple tools and gears, no limit to how much they’re used, have options to instantly end the fight < Hax/Wincons Has potions and enchantments capable of covering any received damage.
No strength feats to use, gears have usage delays and long cooldowns Drawbacks Limited resources, armor can break with enough damage, no options to end the fight in a second

You may be surprised by this. After all, Roblox isn’t known for being as crazy powerful as Minecraft. But the Robloxians are pretty strong when you realize how they scale to things like 1x1x1x1, and the meteors he sends down in his fight. Steve takes the majority of physical stats. It’s his biggest benefit over the Robloxian, but his stats can’t guarantee him the win. The Robloxian has way too many tools that can break his gear, like the Subspace Tripmine. Steve’s gear is limited; the Robloxian’s gear is not. This is a battle of finite vs infinite, and it came down to who can last longer. Steve had the durability to last, but unless he could rush in and get a quick kill, most of the time he would get overwhelmed by the Robloxian’s gear.

What about creative mode and admin commands?

Well, this makes things a little more difficult.
Steve has more mobility, being able to fly faster and being able to use the /effect command for things like speed and strength boosts. But Robloxian can just use ;jail to keep him in place.

Steve bridges that finite vs infinite gap with unlimited resources, and he becomes immortal by default in creative. However, Robloxian can also become immortal with the ;god me command.

It comes down to how fast Robloxian can type compared to how fast Steve can kill them, and given the things I have said before, he likely won’t be able to finish them in time as the Robloxian can keep typing even after they get hit, unlike in Minecraft, where it automatically closes the chat so the player can defend themselves.

This comes down to the ban command[8], Steve has to type /ban Robloxian or /ban @p, while Robloxian has to type ;ban Steve. It depends on how fast the command can be sent, and who can send it first.

It’s neck and neck here, as Robloxian can even the playing grounds with Steve and can make it go down to typing speed.

Robloxian:

+More Tools and gear at their disposal
+More Durable than Steve
+Faster than Steve
-No strength feats
=Can utilize multiple tools effectively

Steve:
-Less versatility in arsenal
-Slower than the Robloxian
-Less durable
+Has strength feats
=Can utilize multiple tools effectively

Well, there you have it, my take on Robloxian Vs Steve. If you don’t agree, then make your own version. I might make alt. endings if I decide to do more of these later on down the line. Remember, this is all for fun. Don’t take this seriously or get mad that I didn’t make Steve “neg diff and stomp with 0 effort.” If you get hissy over this I will close the topic. Alright, see you later!

  4. For the sake of this analysis, he will have the movie backstory for now. ↩︎

  5. Water buckets are not technically “infinite” because there is a flow limit the water flow will stop at. ↩︎

At least Minecraft isn’t gr00ming kids and removing faces

Notch may have been a massive phobe but at least you don’t get gr00med on MC servers

The minecraft servers are more strictly monitored by both mojang and the server hosts compared to roblox’s horrid ai so mc has that benefit

I would say a Robloxian wins.
