What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site and gather data when you participate in the forum by reading, writing, and evaluating the content shared here.

What is your data retention policy?

Retain server logs containing the IP address of all requests to this server no more than 90 days.
Retain the IP addresses associated with registered users and their posts no more than 5 years.

Removal of Your Data

You may request the deletion of your account and all of its data, including registration e-mail, all posts, and all messages at any time by contacting us at an email [email protected] or sending a message to @admins or @blife450.
All of your account data removals are final and can not be recovered in any way!

Global Age Restriction (COPPA and General Use)

Our Service is intended for use by individuals who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use our Forum or provide us with any Personal Information. Should we become aware that we have received Personal Information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that account.

Specific Requirements for Australian Residents (SMMA)

In accordance with amendments to the Australian Online Safety Act 2021 and related regulations governing age restrictions for social media platforms, we enforce a stricter limit for Australian residents:

Individuals who are residents of Australia are prohibited from creating or maintaining an account on our Forum if they are under 16 years of age.

Blocking or deleting accounts where we receive sufficient evidence that they belong to a user who has not reached the established minimum age (13 globally or 16 for Australian residents).
