If you do start the contest, maybe be sure to post it on social media and make an announcement in discord and decide on a deadline

There should be a twist. Like the winner unknowingly will get trapped inside everyone’s computer and become the cursor.
Or we have to design while colour blind
i will try to get friends who are artists to participate as well since this website is a little inactive

That’s a limitation we should avoid.
One artist might like to draw a character from a game, the other artist might want to draw their dog or etc. I think its okay not to limit artists like that.
The limitations should be general, like no inappropriate stuff

we could set up a period to make/submit art, then a period to vote
So like August 8th-17th is the submission time, and then the 17th to the 27th is the voting period
