where in the question was she rude and where is the tone that indicates any emotion or feeling other than curiosity ???

IF they did it, they most likely don’t know the rules, or just don’t see the wrong in it
people are unfortunately like that, so it wouldn’t come as a shock if that is the reason in some cases
