Is there a Custom Cursor Community application for cellphones and tablets? 
yeah, if you open CCC on the mobile browser and tap on the dots in the top right corner and scroll down, there should be an option saying ‘add to home screen’, select that, and it should for confirmation to install an app version of CCC.
