Do you have to have tl3 to receive tl4 from a staff member?

Also to receive it, what are the requirements?

well, yeah, to get TL4 you would need to ask blife, there are no requirements, its just if blife thinks your worthy lol

well, that is blife’s choice, but i would think so though, your not that far away from TL3, a few more days and your good for a promotion

Alright. I’ll probably give it like a month after I get Tl3 to ask him, so he can see that I can be responsible.
