This is Bylur; the name translates to Snowstorm; and he’s a Frost Naga from Alaska.
His tail’s colorations are a Snow white/white-ish light gray on top, with a frigid light blue underbelly. Despite his cold and chilly appearance, Bylur’s actually a softie, and prefers to coil up by the fire place with a large cup of Cocao after a day out in the frozen tundras, wind whipped tagias, crawling glaciers and floating Icebergs his species call home. However, his species is endangered due to habitat loss and poaching, not to mention a live Serpentus Frigidous specimen can sell for over a trillion on the Black Market and the Exotic Pet trade. Fortunately, Bylur’s found sanctuary in the form of a Naga town on an Uncharted Island unknown to mankind. Also, Frost Nagas are not only really good climbers, but they also swim pretty well, and the dens and burrows they dig into thick banks of packed snow and in the sides of large icebergs are phenomomal! Also, Bylur loves hugs. And due to the fact that most of his body heat is used to keep warm in the burrows and dens his species live within, upon waking up in the morning, Bylur will feel sluggish and grumpy for a bit, but he usually perks up after putting a bit of fuel in the system; especially if it’s warm.
But yeah. I love Frost Nagas, and Bylur.

Whenever Bylur exhales; a small flurry of snowflakes come out of his mouth- It’s just simply adorable-
Also, in case you’re wondering what that stick thing on his back is… Well…
I gave Bylur a Staff; which is basically a Spruce branch with a shard of the Wishing Star that broke off when it exploded fastened to it. However, the Staff itself can’t and won’t grant wishes; as one must collect EACH AND EVERY SHARD in order to rebuild the Wishing Star. And plus; Bylur infused a handful of snow into his Shard, so he can conjure and cast Ice and Snow related magic.
