AHEMMarvel, while having squirrel girl, would not win. It’s already lost in a previous encounter with DC universe. Now there are some strengths they have here, but for every Marvel character there are multiple DC heros that could counter them. I.E Marvel’s Quicksliver gets destroyed by DC’s Flash

And for the explaination of squirrel girl’s counter, DC has 5th dimensional imps who are almost the same, or Plastic Man

And if you want to take into consideration the Justice League vs the Avengers, DC wins here too. While the avengers may be more ruthless, the Justice league has the heavy hitters like Superman, or Martian Manhunter, the unbeatable tactis of Batman and Mr Terrific, and the complete immortality of Plastic Man

DC also has a better Galactic force, as in the Green Lantern Corp, and all the other color lantern corps. And Magic users in DC are SIGNIFICANTLY more powerful. Dr Fate, Zatanna, Klarion the Witch BOy, etc
