My school blocked the custom cursor app? Is there something else I can use?

Is there like a version on the web browser where I could change my cursor? (I’m on chrome.)

there is the app of the Google app store, but if its been blocked, then you wouldn’t be able to use it, my admin has blocked being able to download anything from the app store

and if you cant get it from the CCC website, then I don’t think there is any other way
