We really needed this since things got chaotic.

Should we have a topic creation limit? (Or cooldown as @Adidas_Doge mentioned)

Maybe raise it a bit, or we could just add a cooldown for topic creation

seeing 7 topics created in under 30 minutes by the same person is annoying.

Should make the cooldown/limit correlate with trust level too.

you flag them as spam, if they are the same thing. and any TL4ś can close and unlist them too
