I am currently in the process of making a minecraft skin pack based on Regretevator.

I currently have two of them in a finished state, and working on others.

Lampert Skin

And Spud Skin

Due to obvious limitations of minecraft skins, some of the character proportions may be off.
However, I will try my best to be as accurate to the source material.

If anyone has suggestions of what character I should do next, please let me know.

I started making Lampert and Spud as a joke, but I really want to get every Npc I can.

I have been messing around with Blockbench.
So far, I’ve only learned how to add stuff, change textures, etc.

I’m kinda worried about the whole animation part though, since most of this works of lua script.
I have ZERO coding experience.
