There’s a watch that does that without having the texting features etc. I got that as a kid. I can try to find it.

It’s a really limited smart watch. It just called and recorded things so I just recorded random noises and played them.

It’s best for kids since it just calls contacts and record random sounds if you want it to and play it back.
