If you don’t know, black hat is the main character of the Cartoon Network show “Villainous”. He is the reason behind all the evil across the CN Universe, and is highly feared and said to be the most powerful Cartoon Network character… by 8-year-old fangirls.
Why do i suddenly throw shade? well, I say this because he has not shown ANY skill in combat. Now i am not underestimating him, we have definitely seen him use his abilities and powers, but i personally have NEVER seen him actually fight. So i don’t think he should be power scaled until he is shown fighting someone. and according to the villains wiki,
“The reason why Black Hat is always mad is because Cartoon Network villains can’t defeat Cartoon Network heroes and also because his minions are always incompetent. However, Black Hat is the only Cartoon Network villain that never faced a hero.”
so going off of this, we never saw him actually take on a hero. All we have seen him do is scare people. So how can anyone say he solos fiction? I’m just saying, a character shouldn’t be power scaled without any feats to go off of. He has no Vs Wiki or Character Stats and Profiles page. Those are some of the better things to use for power scaling.
Black Hat is missing that important info. So he doesn’t have anything to go off of other than “trust me he can solo fiction any day” and a few abilities he has shown.
