The whole typhlosion thing is a weird bit of scrapped lore for the pokemon.
It has something to do between the relationship between pokemon and humans in the ancient times before the games.
The typhlosion in the story does some less-than appropriate things to a child, and that’s why it was scrapped.
The reason it was even brought to light in the first place is because Gamefreak got hacked and thousands of files were leaked. Safe to say, however, it was gamefreaky.

This is pretty much just the internet being the internet, and making it’s own environment worse for everyone involved.
No one wanted to know this, and no one at Gamefreak wanted anyone to know this.
There’s no blame on anyone, but the situation is weird to say the least.

Just about a Terabyte of data and files containing the following:
2,606 pieces of personal data related to employees and contractors past and present
A working version of Pokemon Legends ZA that has not been released
Information about the Gen 10 pokedex
Snippets of canon and scrapped pokemon lore, images, and videos.
(yes, the typhlosion and similar bits are scrapped)
