Watch Dogs 2 is a third-person open-world game set in San Francisco, Oakland, Silicon Valley, and Marin. The player plays as Marcus Holloway, a hacker who was a prime suspect in a local high-tech burglary. He was almost arrested based solely on digital evidence, and is trying remove his identity from the ctOS system in order to prove himself worthy of joining DedSec and helping with the resistance. (Which is the first mission that you have to do.)
