Story: Kelptide Oceanographic center was once the Hub of a relatively famous Project; Referred to as Project Thalasso; which would help shed some light as to what lurked in the murk of the Deep sea. Despite uncovering at least 12 new animals from the Deep oceans, including the Fireflash Squid, the Relox Shark, the Wick Eel and the Bayonet fish; the project was shut down due to the discovery of a humanoid entity in a sort of Dive suit; Which; unlike their last twelve discoveries; This one had a name.
Elijah, was eventually brought to the surface and put on display in the center, which further drove the Center into shutting down; as this “Ghostly Diver” as the Scientists at Kelptide called him, was actually the unfortunate outcome of one Elijah Jones; a Floridian Diver who was sadly killed by one of his “friends” after this friend was told that he wasn’t allowed to illegally harvest the Coral of the Carribean reefs. The center’s impressive Aquariums and tanks still remain in tact; but no one works there anymore, so the Center has fallen into a state of Disrepair and decay. Your character actually stumbles upon the Oceanographic center by mistake; and realizes where they are, and decides to explore the ruins of Kelptide; in order to take anything left behind; y’know, for Scientific purposes.

Personality: Skittish at first; but warms up fast to people he can trust
Likes: Fish, The Deep sea, Anything else Ocean related
Dislikes: The Deep sea, Leviathans, Being mistreated/Experimented on without his permission.
Phobias: Phagophobia (He doesn’t wish to talk about what exactly happened)
Related Info: Elijah has razor sharp claws at the ends of his fingers, which he will use if he has to, and especially if he’s captured for experimentation against his will. He’s also a Pescatarian, meaning that his diet’s mostly made up of fish, squid, and shellfish. He’s also not a picky eater, and will supplement fish with carrion, sea birds, small sharks, and sea urchins. Also, he kindly asks that the Dive Mask stays on at all times, because you won’t like what’s under it. He is an Aquatic Zombie, after all, So the view under the mask isn’t pretty; but there’s no need to fear for your life. …Unless if you’re a fish, because he only eats fish and other aquatic life. But even then, he won’t try to hurt you, unless if you give him a reason to. Oh, and one more thing: While Elijah can survive outside of water, if he’s not in water for a long time, he’ll begin to die to Hypothermia, thus is why the Aquatic Zombie/Ghostly Diver likes to spend most of his time in large fish tanks.
